We have two cozy stays in San Isidro, Tenerife South:
• HAPPY ROOMS – Calle Unamuno 34, Los Cardones (CP 38611)
• HAPPY FLATS – Calle El Parlamento 7 (CP 38611)
Both are only 7 minutes from Tenerife South Airport (TFS).

• HAPPY ROOMS: Check‑in from 14:00 – 04:00 | Check‑out anytime until 11:00
• HAPPY FLATS: Check‑in from 15:00 – 23:00 | Check‑out anytime until 11:00
Arriving after 23:00 in flats? A fee €30 applies.

• Check-in: we’ll send you a lock-codes & instructions on the eve of your arrival.
• Check‑out: simply leave the keys inside and close the door. Hassle‑free!

• HAPPY ROOMS: Up to 2 people per room
• HAPPY FLATS: Up to 4 people per apartment

• 1-2 guests: Use one bedroom only
• 3-4 guests: Use both bedrooms
• Need both rooms for single use? Request a rate for 3 guests when booking to allow both rooms for single use.

• Rooms: not avaialbe
• Flats: available
• For the rooms and stays longer than 7 nights, one laundry could be done for free.

Meals are not included, but:
• Rooms: Shared kitchen for light meals (no frying), microwave (no oven) tea & coffee facilities.
• Flats: Fully equipped kitchen + washing machine for longer stays.

• Rooms: Smoking only allowed outside in the front yard (special designed area).
• Flats: Smoking only allowed on the balcony.

😴 Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00.

Sorry, we love animals but pets are not allowed.

• Rooms: Free street parking nearby.
• Flats: Private parking (€5/day) & EV charger (€15/day) booking in advance is required. Nearby free street parking also available.

Yes. Spanish law requires all guests to complete a quick online registration form with name, contact information, address & ID. It takes only 3 minutes!

• Only 50% refund of the booking cost when the cancellation is received at least 30 days before check-in.
• If the notification about cancellation is received less than 30 days, NO REFUND.

• Room service is not available. Towels & toiletries are provided for the entire period and their quantity is distributed according to the length of stay.
• Anyway, please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need anything.
