The beds counts with good mattress to guarantee the total confort to all the guests. The pets are not allowed, it’s a quiet zone, so the parties as well. Smoking or viping is striclty prohiided inside the apartment, but it´s allowed on the balcony.
The flats, are located in a very central part San Isidro, close to all the amenities and Central Bus station, pharmacies, ATMs, supermarkets, shops and different restaurants. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are at 17 km away (15-20 min. by car). Tenerife South Airport is 3 km from the property. The public transportation is within a couple of minutes walk away, but for more flexibility we recommend to rent a car, the highway access is 1 min. driving. A private parking slot is available upon request + charging station for electric car (additional fee apply).
