We understand perfectly that not all the flights arrives or departure within daytime schedule, also sometimes there´s unexpected delays or last hour changes. That´s why we have implemented the self-check-in service that allow all our guests arrive/leave with total flexibility 24/7.
For the arrivals during the night (after 23:00) the self check-in is included by default in all reservations made for Double Rooms and it´s for FREE.
For the apartments the self check-in during the night (after 23:00) a fee of EUR30 is applied.
Prior to arrival, guests will receive an online registration form which must be completed and signed at least 1 day prior to check-in.
The “Guest Registration Form” is a form that accommodation providers in Spain are legally required to formalize. All accommodations, from boutique vacation rentals and hostels to grand hotels, must meet this regulation. The main goal is to ensure the safety of both tourists and residents.
